As far as I could tell, after or before an interaction(choice) scene you have a button to advance 10 seconds and you can repeatedly press that button, but maybe I was missing something. It was annoying to try to see "everything". During an "interaction"(choice) scene, you have no option but to "make a choice and wait" for the scene to end. Then the button will allow you to advance 10 seconds at a time again.
