My wife had 2 miscarriages and was told by the doctor that she'd likely never have a kid because she was diagnosed with PCOS. But then one day she could and we had 3 kids in a row. I don't know if it was just chance or some sort of miracle but when the time was right it happened. It's very well possible it can happen for you too.
