Write-Up:
I used to love this song a bunch but what is interesting is that even though I had owned a cassette of the album, it wasn't until 1998 when the movie "Dirty Work" came out that I gained interest in the song. It's a movie featuring Norm Macdonald where as you can guess, he is hired to do just about any task at an affordable cost and this was used sort of as the unofficial theme song to the movie. I think it's kind of hilarious that the phone number that Angus Young sings out in the song (which wasn't a complete number but sounds like one) was in fact an actual number that many folks have called. I guess the people that owned the perceived phone number opened up a lawsuit against the band in 1981 that never landed (since there was no complete number in the song). According to a statement by Angus, the song was a tip of the hat to an old timey cartoon titled "Beany and Cecil" that he had watched as a kid. I had to update the link to this song a few times. It seems someone is actively pulling all of the videos from youtube. Hopefully the new link sticks long enough for everyone to sample the song here.
