The story goes that Projared started a "fake" SEND ME NUDES forum on Tumblr, and it was initially condoned by his wife because it was apparently a "body positive safe space" or something. Of course, he used it as a platform to converse with girls and swap actual nudes, and some of those girls wound up being underage.
