He is going to go to jail, full stop. Someone has to actually press charges for that to happen though, or convince the authorities that this is something they need to investigate It's the internet. I'm sure there have been calls made about him that they'll want to investigate. Keep in mind he was circulating child pornography. The FBI can and will investigate that.
