Topic	How would they do in a contest? Day 13 ft ExDeath, Dr. Wily, Vergil

He's eclipsed by Gilgamesh from his own game, which is a more obscure FF to begin with. He at least has Dissidia. Fodder Line for Dr. Wily. He has the recognition to beat high fodder, but he's not a character people care strongly about. High Fodder for Vergil.
