Search Snake can be pretty decent on stage designs that have "steps" Magnet Missile is alright on stationary enemies like the Hammer Joes. Good if you want to hit them from below. While Gemini Laser does drop the game's frame rate down quite a bit and it can be a little tricky to do the rebound shots, it's pretty strong. Especially against those porcupines. Hard Knuckle is also ok. Has a bit of start up but it's very strong. Also nice that it can be controlled up or down. Though it's probably better for bosses and breaking down walls since it's pretty costly. Top Spin can one shot a few enemies like the monkeys, the parachute guys and the porcupines. But you also gotta be careful not to use Top Spin if you get damaged during your i-frames cause there's a bug in it that will drain the weapon energy real quickly.
