Your shines will not even look like shinies, they will just have a res star next to them (at least that was in bank) I mean specifically within the context of a living Pokdex it seems the same. If you just want to have a collection of every Pokmon... you still have it. How much interacting are people really doing with the collection even when theyre in a proper game? I imagine youll be breeding and petting your Trubbish the exact same amount with it in Home as you do with it in Sun. --- For your BK_Sheikah00.
