For example, Morimoto said they are finally nerfing Moody in Sword/Shield. Caving on the Pokedex issue isn't really something they can do at this point without a very, very lengthy delay. There wouldn't be any work done on the missing Pokemon because they were never meant to be in the game. Even if they do cave in here, it just kicks the problem of having to make too many Pokemon each game down the line a few years. --- Link isn't the only one who kicks ass.
