End of Evangelion and the first couple redone movies are "all right" I suppose, but game changing amazing anime all-time quality is a stretch. The original dub is fine, but I wonder if licensing prevented Spencer/Grant/etc from just redubbing it instead of getting new people. It's not like those actors aged out or anything.
