I dont see how they can do it Basically a paid subscription for special rewards based on how much you play. I say subscription but it's more like a ticket that entities you to several months of shit. For people who like to play a lot it's generally considered a very good deal. Also does that mean paid mods for the steam workshop or something? This has been a thing in valve games for much longer than the Skyrim fiasco.
