| Zeus 06/24/19 3:32:21 AM #15: | I always assume that the effects are overstated, but then I run into people who didn't know that the upside-down book in GWB's hands was photoshopped and it's been a decade since that happened. And I know a lot of people who share fake news and then, even after being called on it will remark, "Well, it's something that the president actually thinks!" While fake news has always been a thing, it was usually restricted more to the *actual* media lying. However, now we've democratized fake news so it's not just the media lying and misleading the public. --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ...
