It's about choice vs no choice. In this particular case the woman's choice is still being violated. Pro-choice doesn't mean pro my choice. It means the choice of the person who has to be subjected to it. Several years ago there was a woman who elected not to do chemotherapy because it would terminate her pregnancy.
