Elsa - Mid fodder

She's probably not going to be at or above the fodder line due to KH3's reception among the fans, with the game being the lowest reviewed game out of the 3 main KH games. The site also doesn't seem to care about KH that much these days.

Misty - Fodder line

Human characters from Pokemon generally aren't worth much at all, with only Red and Blue having any notable level of strength. After those 2 characters, there's a drop off in strength for other characters. We've seen N in a contest (Gen 5 character) and he was pretty bad, but the Gen 1 factor should ensure that Misty is well above N in strength. The one knock against Misty is that she has very little role in the games, but you could say that about most of the other Pokemon game characters. The Pokemon mainline games aren't really played for the story by a lot of fans. What gives Misty a fighting chance to be above the fodder line is her anime appearances, and there's a lot of people who watched the Gen 1 anime back when the anime was relevant and when they still cared about Pokemon.

Ken Masters - Fodder line

We've already seen Ken in a contest where he got to face Ganondorf, so that provides us with a decent read on his strength.
