As long as you're willing to say these were concentration camps under Obama, bush, and Clinton, I'm willing to agree since by definition they were concentration camps as well

Until Sessions initiated the family separation policy I had never heard of these camps.

That behavior attracted attention to them, and we are suddenly hearing non stop about how over crowded they are.
