Possibly, but frankly I'm just happy people are talking about it. How would you feel if, in 2017, Trump and McConnell decided the Supreme Court should have 15 seats? And then the GOP rammed 6 conservative judges into those roles? Democrats are always in favor of tinkering with the rules when it works in their favor and then are somehow outraged when the other side uses their tinkering as precedent to do same thing at some point in the future.
