Topic	wouldn't Christian heaven be boring?

He told me that it's just our souls in heaven so you wouldn't have your eyeballs and stuff to see or eat. This freaked me out a lot. What was that guy doing teaching Sunday school? My sunday school teacher told me that people don't go to a firey buning hell.
