Topic	Battered wife turns in hubby's guns after he's arrested. She's charged w/ theft!
Dark_Spiret 06/26/19 12:58:30 PM #32:	yes i get where she is coming from and yes she still broke the law. the guy needs to be evaluated and charged accordingly if she feels things are getting that bad cause if she feels he will kill her, taking away his guns isnt going to stop him. couples have died from beatings, strangulation or stabbings (especially in heat of the moments situations) just as much from firearms and if its a man giving violence to a women then its not going to be immensely difficult to do so. <cite>Dark_Spiret posted [p:923873607] in Battered w...
