the town just sort of bungled this at the end and it's not really scare's fault
in a final 4, 2 of the 3 townies ended the day with no vote down.
the final townie was correctly voting the scum, but one of the non-voting townies told them they refused to vote the scum and so they had to vote somewhere else. so they changed their vote, and then the person convincing them to change it didn't even place a vote - she decided she wanted to No Lynch, and thought that by not placing a vote at all, it'd count as a vote for No Lynch. Then the final townie (the one who got mislynched) was M.I.A. the whole second half of the day and showed up 1 minute past deadline to place an invalid vote.
so... sometimes there's not much you can do.
And these are supposedly the worlds BEST players?
Yeah Ill stick with Board 8. You guys are actually good at the game.
The lack of voting properly is pretty glaring, but besides that, mafia is the kind of game where even if you're good, you still have the occasional game where you come away looking like you have no clue what you're doing. If the opposing team is good, it's quite frequent even! ---
