And ignoring the majority opinions of the medical community (it's several iterations more than just a majority+margin of error) or else, stating that it can go either is to be wrong. Want to guess how many medical organizations have stated support for the IAAF with regards to them trying to have Caster Semenya banned from competing? Besides those think-tank ones like the American College of Pediatricians, zero. And if you know anything about the American College of Pediatricians, you'd also know that they should be disregarded.
