Chiefs receive: Steelers 1st round pick (26th overall) Dolphins 1st round pick (32nd overall) Dolphins receive: Chiefs 1st round pick (7th overall) Chiefs 5th round pick (135th overall) This is similar to trades that I have made in the past, but since Ranlom is dropping almost 20 spots, I receive a 5th as the second pick instead of a 3rd. While I don't know Ranlom's exact reasoning for this trade, what I see is an opportunity for a presently cap-strapped team looking to take another step forward by adding better young talent through the draft.
