You'd think that'd be the generic standard but they virtually never put any emphasis on the worlds mechanics and working your way up with them In anime yeah they're rare, but in manga they're literally 80% of the currently releasing manga right now. There's sooooo many of them. And almost each and every one of them follows the same basic "adventurer's guild" rules (ranking up from F to E requires completing missions), magic system with MP, Skills and Talent systems, Character Classes etc. It gets pretty grating to have to sit through their explanations every time I read a new series. Plus, they literally come out with new ones every other week. I think I started 5 new isekai mangas just this month. And they ALL have the same leveling/guild/class/party system.
