Yes, I do, because there is no reason to be so afraid of someone CURRENTLY IN JAIL that you commit multiple felonies.

So if she waited until the next day when he was released, and then broke into his house while he was there, it would somehow make more sense to you?

At least at that point you could argue he was a threat to her.

She's still a multiple felon, and would likely die for breaking into the house of an armed man, but her fear is at least logical at that point.

Then again, novel idea - how about, instead of her commiting multiple felonies, she gets the cops to do their job, as the law dictates?


Because (as has been stated many times in this thread), there is often a waiting period, and sometimes guns are never confiscated.

You've often advocated being armed and acting before something happens..why don't you apply the same logic here? (getting his guns BEFORE he is armed, especially given past physical attacks on her)
