Write-Up: A blast from the past for sure and one of the few successful hits of the famous Africa creators; Toto. It's kind of amazing to me how many people have heard Africa and know Toto performed it but cannot name another song by the band. This song actually did pretty well considering. I don't really know if I can relate to the message but it's a love song sort of I guess. I always think this song is from the 80's because when I think of Toto I immediately think of the 80's. It's sort of weird knowing close to nothing about a band that impacted almost all of my youth with a single song but it is what it is. Sorry for the short write-up on such a classic tune. ====================================
