Yeah, I only got this job because the head of the company is friends with my aunt-in-law. So far she only has me as an operator/contractor, but she's said that she's willing to train me personally for a management position if I can do a good enough job and get good reviews by the end of the year, so there's a possibility of a full time salary if things go well. So yeah, pretty pumped about this.
