They have their own rules they can get away with. I found that out the hard way Feel free to test them in the end. You'll lose and lose hard. Even when you should win, had every right to win, you will lose. I even took my case to the department of education. Guess who they sided with? Because they're a private institution and have their own rules. That was the Department's own ruling. Edit I can't remember the specifics, but the lady on the phone said that if it goes 6 months without being paid, it goes on my credit record or something.
