Online Poker is legal in almost any state, it is a falsehood that is not. What? Poker is regulated, but if it is done properly it is legal in almost every state to play. The poker restrictions are mostly on bank transfers and stuff on their side. Poker is legal in any state for free. Only a couple have online poker that is legal regarding money (Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania. Though like 4 or so others have it in the works). ESPECIALLY after the new Wire Act interpretation from the Trump Admin, which calls into question if intra-state Online Poker for money is legal even now. I found out the hard way when my funds were frozen and confiscated when Full Tilt and Pokerstars bit the bullet almost a decade ago. = / lol PA just legalized, and it was supposed to start July 15th.
