Write-Up: Finally a Hip Hop song that can serve as a little bit of an example of what direction I like my Hip Hop to lean. I dig a good beat but if it sounds hollow after a long listen like there could be more depth to the rhythm... it kinda bugs me. I feel sort of cheated for taking the time to listen. That probably sounds foolish since it's obviously a great beat but I need a bit more Melody. I'm not so sure it reels me in lyrically though and that main chorus sounds awkward to me for some reason. I had actually never heard of the band until they appeared on my list of songs to rank which is funny because I'm not really sure how it landed on the list. It did get competitive with the bottom half of the list which is neat but unfortunately if there are any fans out there, this is where I disappoint you and drop the song. ====================================
