No. It's ~~Saint-Germain, one of the villains from AXZ (season 4)~~. *Symphogear AXZ spoilers* Near the end of AXZ, Saint-Germain defected from the villains side after Adam Weishaupt revealed that he was planning to sacrifice her to achieve his goals and had already done the same with her partners, Prelati and Cagliostro. She also became the first villain to fight side by side with Hibiki (without fully joining S.O.N.G. and having a Symphogear) when they fought against Adam together. She eventually died in the end, but their alchemy and technology was then used to upgrade the Symphogears. It appears that Saint-Germain herself is also there, at least in spirit.
