| Johnbobb 08/30/19 6:03:40 PM #12: | I work in the prep room of a restaurant, as the only butcher. Most of the stuff I handle is raw, but I also cook the ribs in marinade for two hours. Then they go in the walk-in, and when it comes time to sell them, they cook them again and put the sauce and spices on them. After taking off the ribs, I put some of them aside for myself in a to-go container and put them in the prep room fridge (where stuff like certain sauces and mixes are kept). Only like 4 people really have reason to use that fridge, and they all knew I put food in there for myself.
