Topic	Marvel and/or DC should do a separate universe that ages in real time

They did a series that assumed Batman and Superman appeared in the 40s, then grew old and passed on their legacy to younger heroes (eventually their own kids). And one of the plans for Earth-2 at one point was to do things that way (which is why you had the original Huntress as the daughter of Batman and Catwoman).
