In truth, Noble Red's total body count wasn't actually that much higher than that of Saint-Germain and the Alchemists from AXZ. But those deaths were over a period of thousands of years, some of them were noted to be willing sacrifices to their cause and not just getting straight-up killed, and Saint-Germain counted every single one of them and always consciously held that guilt with her. Meanwhile, Noble Red racked up most of their body count in a single night and in such a brutal way, and Milaarc/Vanessa never showed an ounce of guilt or conscience for it.
