this problem

I used to in the earlier stages of my post-secondary education. I had sort of an attitude problem and was told that I acted like I was in high school. They weren't wrong. I regret to say that some of my previous professors and some of the students I took their class with did not overly enjoy my company. I regret how I behaved during class. Also, I used to try to start a conversation with some people before class started, but was sometimes met with silence and the impression that I was not heard at all. This was not always the case, though. Some people talked to me when I spoke to them and one even went out of her way to start a conversation with me herself. Otherwise, I regret that I was not able to befriend most of the people I went to school with. If you asked me right now if everyone hates me, then I can say that I cannot say for sure if this is the case with people outside of my immediate family. I never talk to my co-workers. I spoke to my supervisor once about some random thing, but I think she either pretended to not hear me, or she did not hear me at all. Like the bloke two posts above me said, this is likely in my head. In any case, no one really goes out of the way to talk to me at work outside of the usual vacuous greeting, I can say for sure. In short, when I went to college, not everyone hated me. Right now, I cannot say. In any case, it is a continuing source of anxiety for me, and I urge you not to think on it overmuch, speaking from personal experience.
