There arent many quests in Fallout 4 at all compared to the other games and fewer really good ones but there are a few. Like Vault 81, and Covenant. Once you are forced to do a doing this quest will make you an enemy of blank quest than I think theres only one or two after that. And youre pretty close to that already. The glowing sea and reaching the institute are pretty close to the end. Did you get Vergils cure?
