It's not minimum wage lol. I won't say how much I make but it's a decent wage for where I live. I also get a special name tag and get paid extra to train people. Not saying it isn't a shit job but at least I'm not constantly broke haha.
I don't know we are having quarterly meetings pretty soon where we have one on one's with a manager to bring up concerns, I think I'll just slyly mention it then. ---
