Again, this is the question I am asking you: "Do you believe there is no use in trying to understand people like the boss whose actions you strongly disagree with? Not even a possible use in that in understanding them you might be better equipped to convince them the error of their ways?" If you are refusing to answer that question, just own it. But please stop insisting I'm saying stuff I'm not or asking stuff I'm not.
