Assassin had killed the true Creativity Minister and used her Morph ability to take his place, before meeting you and Saber's Master, the Envious Suppressor. They noticed the tail you sent after them, and managed to lead him to Team Caster to fuel the revolution angle. They had kept ES as a pawn, but Team Assassin had a plan to let him free, in exchange for his stealing the Black Queen's Ring and delivering it later. All of that went south the night of the coup, with you and Ruler and Team Lancer showing up. Lancer defeated Caster after you left. As far as Jeremiah knows, Wario was allowed to live and reign over New Derse in exchange for the Ring and his Command Spells. He doesn't know the whereabouts or identity of anybody else after that- he's been focused on hunting you down but couldn't even do that right, apparently.
