Jack Noir II glares menacingly at you, and roars wordlessly after you say your piece. Doesn't seem much for talking. Jeremiah oddly seems intent on standing with you. He whispers in your ear that this guy seems to have the same kind of power as the one from the tower, which means he probably has a ring that is causing the transformation. Removing that ring somehow is probably your best chance if true- you don't like your trio's chances against him, or your dolls' chances against the superior numbers of the Prospitians, or Phantom's odds of survival if he exerts himself here. ....Doesn't look like New Jack is going to wait around.
