Pro wrestling refs are insanely fragile, easily fooled and have zero attention span, but they usually manage to react to things that happen directly in front of them. Why would ref bumps and distractions even exist if it was totally normal for refs to just ignore everything anyway? Those things happen because wrestling companies usually try to keep up the illusion of their matches being real in-universe. NBIceman posted... I've been as harsh an AEW critic as anyone here but if you honestly think anything about them is worse than the Fiend or Rusev/Lana I don't know what to tell you. Rusev/Lana/Lashley is just a stupid storyline.
