It's meant for your teeth, but work perfectly for cleaning an earwax impaction. ~In conjunction with some Debrox. This is what I do. Even without the hydrogen peroxide, it removes a ton of shit. You don't stick it all the way in and leave it on the lowest setting and it just acts like an ear flushing machine.
