My world changed going from the prepackaged blocks of cheap cheese they sell near the yogurt and milk, and into the fancier stuff in the actual cheese section(at my local store there is a cheese counter with stuff). Smoked/Gouda Gorgonzola Aged cheddars UK/Irish cheddars I don't know if I'm being stupid but the brand Sartori has some cheeses without actual names? very good. Limberger(this one is generally not eaten plain. I make it into a sandwich. Pumpernickel bread and mustard) Damn, I can't even remember them all.
