First full session done. 12 hours in. This game is nuts! Combat is so much more intense once you have three party members. Lots of resource management, prioritizing certain enemies, and always having to pay attention to what an enemy is casting. So much stuff going on. Sometimes you'll just pull up the command menu just to pause and get your act together because it's wild. And the bosses are just spectacular.

Aerith or Tifa is such a dilemma. They're both just gorgeous here and have perfect voice acting. It's really hard to choose one over the other. And the music! So many renditions of the classic songs. The main overworld theme as you're just going around your "town" area is so comfy. The boss battle version against the Airbuster was so epic, way better than the one you get against Guard Scorpion even though that was really good too. And Aerith's Theme, my God, it's the most beautiful song ever
