I've been making .pdf slide shows and periodically typing/drawing on them while I'm lecturing - Adobe's commenting functionality is a bit clunky but it gets the job done. Not entirely sure I'd recommend this depending on what subject you're teaching - it's been fine for me since I'm doing a lot of graph theory stuff so having pictures already done and being able to draw on them is handy but I could see it being annoying if you have to do a lot of computations. --- "Those who cast the vote decide nothing.
