Or the fact trans issues have become mainstream many times faster than the gay rights struggle despite trans being a tiny portion of the population? Consider the US is one of the most sympathetic nations in the world to trans issues and it would be anywhere from more dangerous to impossible to have the same freedoms in 85% of the world.
