Like...Magic the Gathering has done stuff like this (Replace your hand for one turn) and it has been pretty mixed in power level. And rogue has had really powerful draw spells go completely unplayed (3 mana draw 3). IDK it's probably playable, but I don't think it's nerf-worthy like they expect. --- Cats land on their feet.
