They controlled much better on their original consoles.

For Sunshine, the FLUDD could be controlled by the analog R button. The harder you pressed, the higher the water pressure. The Switch uses a digital binary control system, plus the controls are inverted.

For Galaxy, collecting star bits or whatever was much more intuitive with the Wii Remote. The Switch is relying on gyro controls, which needs to be reset every 20 seconds.
