| Topic | Had a phone interview today and idk how to feel about it |
| littlebro07 09/24/20 11:10:18 PM #1: | Haven't interviewed for a job in nearly a decade, so I was rusty as hell. Also never done a phone interview, always been in person. Felt like I did well in talking about why I was interested in the position and why I feel like I'd be a good fit for it, just froze up a few times when asked some of the questions, mainly about my current job duties - I've been doing it for 8 years so at this point it's like I'm on autopilot when I clock in, so I had to pause to think about what the hell I actually do every day and just felt like an idiot. It was probably only a couple of seconds but felt like a damn lifetime. The lady I spoke to was very nice at least. Said she would send her notes to the hiring manager and if they like what they see, the next step is a Zoom interview. Fucking covid. I feel like I'd be a lot better in person. --- ...
