Like what they were up to and regular day stuff before they got Filth'd which sorta adds another unnerving bit to it. Though that is just a random civilian infected and there are more serious ones like the Orochi Doctor and the monstrous ones like The Muse which led to some guy into going on a serial killer spree in some town.
