Dark is a Netflix hit, and one of their most successful foreign shows. It follows the aftermath of a young child's disappearance, and the family lives that are shattered as a result of it. I wasn't exactly the craziest about this show, though it does have a good concept. The idea here is that a wormhole next to a local power plant takes people to different points in time, creating a whole web of interconnected relationships that become increasingly more complex and folded in on each other. The show actually reminds me of a German Stranger Things, a sleepy town where nothing much happens with a deadly conspiracy running in the background. I honestly didn't get too far into the show yet, but the characters and acting feels very wooden to me and I'm not sure I want to continue anyway. The premise might be enough for me, and reading ahead, the show becomes super complicated with various versions of each of the main characters running around. There's a good sense of horror/thriller pacing and things do feel set up well, I just hope it doesn't get bogged down in itself. Definitely worth a shot if you love time travel media though!
