Yeah. For all people want to fucking talk shit shit about diversity checklists, having a group of people with a wide range of ethnic backgrounds, ages, religions, etc help make sure that the concerns of every demographic is expressed. This isn't important just for politics but also for large companies whose influence hits hundreds of millions of people.
