There are seniors in the workforce and there nothing is wrong with that. I just don't believe that a group of people that are mostly 60 are going to be the best people to make decisions that could effect the next few decades of my life. Yeah. For all people want to fucking talk shit shit about diversity checklists, having a group of people with a wide range of ethnic backgrounds, ages, religions, etc help make sure that the concerns of every demographic is expressed.
